What an amazing day we had at Memory Cafe yesterday - we started making clay poppies (we'll be painting these next week) and some of us planted some hyacinth bulbs up to put in our greenhouse. This was followed by a game of Bingo, and enjoying fantastic food at the lunch club.

Next we were doing exercises in our 'Love to Move' class, followed by a quick try at the first song for our new Wishing Well choir - Skye Boat Song! (full choir starting soon!) before banging out 'when the saints go marching in' on our new boom whackers !!

If you're interested in any of these activities and more do come and join us on Wednesdays at the Community Centre with Altonian Care
