Wow - what a fantastic day we all had on Sunday at the Charity Alton Victorian Cricket Tournament - a huge thank you to the brilliant team who organised the day and the cricket teams who played so well in the heat . We are so lucky to have such an amazing event in Alton each year - a real treat for families. Thanks also to Bluebird Care Alton, Petersfield & Havant and Alton Co-op store for cake donations as well as all our lovely supporters who baked for us and of course our volunteers who kindly served tea and cakes on the day. Thanks also to Sawscapes Play Ltd who very kindly loaned the generator to keep the kettle working !!
Hope to see you all again later week at the first Alton Thank You Day at Anstey Park. Come and meet the team and see our new venue at Edgar Hall. Find out more about our expanding service for people living with dementia and their carers and how to become a volunteer in our fantastic team.
Once again - Thank you to ALL at the Victorian Cricket, the proceeds of this Charity Cricket Match Event this year are all generously being donated to us at Dementia-friendly Alton as we were selected as the lucky Charity. Wow!
