Another busy Wednesday at Alton Community Centre with Dementia-friendly Alton and friends - so this week we made Bulb Lasagnes for our members to keep for themselves or give as Christmas gifts - they loved this !!

Following the usual friendship lunch we practiced some songs for our panto - Oh yes we did!!

Then lastly after a relaxing Tai chi session with Sue Kelly (thank you Sue xxxx) - it was music and singing till late afternoon - what a full day - do join us next week - the fun starts at 1100 EVERY Wednesday:)
