Fantastic day recently at Alice Holt today for our regular Flourish in the Forest event in partnership with Dementia Friendly Hampshire . Great turn out today with so many enjoying the outdoor yoga with Sue Tupper Yoga - just a perfect way to boost health and wellbeing for both the person living with dementia and their carers. This amazing initiative - with funding support from Birdworld Surrey and Energise Me (Hampshire Active Programme) - was initially designed around the amazing facilities at Alice Holt Forest - Forestry England and the inclusive cycling team. https://www.facebook.com/share/ZM8GXpCjKKAvxDR8/

Now preparing to do it all again on June 1st.
