Fabulous day at Alice Holt Forest - Forestry England recently. Our volunteers get as much joy out of these days as te memebers and carers - immersing ourselves in everything the natural environment has to offer. Walking, Yoga, Crafts, Cycling, Archery, Bowls and of course, lots of chatter and friendship.
