It was more like 'Wacky Races' as our members enjoyed trying out the range of bikes available for hire at Alice Holt Forest last weekend - such fun was had by all!!

We are really looking forward to this becoming a regular event in the New Year with monthly Flourish in the Forest sessions. We will spend the whole day at Alice Holt participating in a wide range of health and well-being activities - Look out for the dates in the New Year.
